Two rooms minimum, or $700, whichever is greater. Paint and materials are extra and billed at cost, or supply your own and pay for labour only. Empty rooms cost less than furnished ones, so painting before you move in is always cheaper.

How our pricing works

  • The quote is the price. We agree it before we start. If we hit something unexpected we stop and tell you, and you decide whether to carry on.
  • No weekend or evening surcharge. A Saturday costs the same as a Tuesday morning.
  • No travel or fuel charge inside Ottawa. On hourly work the clock starts when we arrive and stops when we finish.
  • Stack jobs and save. Two services on the same visit and you only pay for the trip once.
  • Send a photo for a firm number. Especially for junk removal, a photo turns a range into an exact price.
